Enrollment and Degree Verification

Almeda International University's Registrar's Office routinely certifies students' enrollment to a variety of outside agencies. Student enrollment verification is a free service provided by the Office of the Registrar. Students often need official verification of their enrollment status sent to various agencies and organizations, to include:

- Insurance companies for students applying for family, life, and auto policy discounts
- Automobile dealers for graduates seeking auto loan discounts
- Employers for students seeking jobs
- Credit card companies for students applying for credit
- Pension fund companies for students applying for survivor educational benefits

When faxing or emailing, please include the following:
Your name, current address, dates of attendance at the College, date of graduation if applicable, and Degree received. Requests for degree verification can be sent via email or by fax (360) 343-6477. Often, a company or agency will send a form to be completed by the Registrar. If the certification includes a specific form, please fax the form along with your request. Please note: Degree Verifications only performed for Almeda International University Alumni Members. Requests from non members will be ignored.
